Screening, Identification and Growth-Promotion Products of Multifunctional Bacteria in a Chinese Fir Plantation

Purpose: This research was aimed to screen and identify multifunctional phosphorus-dissolving bacteria of a Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) plantation study its characteristics in order provide strain resources theoretical basis for developing the appropriate bacterial fertilizer plantation. Methods: First, were isolated from woodland soil by Pikovskava inorganic phosphorus medium (PVK). Then, some growth-promoting indicators primary screening strains determined, including capacity phosphorus-solubilized, nitrogenase activity, 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) deaminase production indole-3-acetic (IAA), secretion iron carrier so on. Results: (1) Thirteen screened total, P5 (195.61 mg·L−1) had strongest phosphorus-solubilized. Five provided highest activity P10 (71.90 C2H4 nmol·mL−1·h−1 71.00 nmol·mL−1·h−1, respectively). Four ACC P9, (0.74 μmol·mg−1·h−1 0.54 μmol·mg−1·h−1, Most could secrete IAA, three strong secretory ability, IAA concentration greater than 15 mg·mL−1, 18.00, P2 17.30, P6 15.59 (mg·mL−1). produced carriers better others, ratio diameter ring 1.80, respectively, significantly higher other strains. Combining all kinds factors, eventual further study. (2) Strain identified as Burkholderia ubonensis, based on tests, 16SrDNA sequence analysis phylogenetic tree construction. Conclusion: has variety high-efficiency capabilities, ability produce siderophore performance are strains, great potential development microbial fertilizer.
